Following the first concept paper workshop on 29 April 2014 and the preliminary approval by the SHC Executive Committee (SHC) in Calgary we hereby invite you to the Task definition workshop in Freiburg, Germany on 15+16 September 2014.
As suggested by the ExCo, the first concept paper draft shall eventually serve as a basis for two separate Task proposals. Therefore, Fraunhofer ISE will host two successive workshops:
- Concept paper workshop on the topic "Price reduction of solar thermal systems"
Monday, September 15, 2014
Based on the previous proposal from USA (Kate Hudon) and Task39
- Concept paper workshop on the topic "Multifunctional Facades"
Tuesday, September 16, 2014
A joint activity comprising different disciplines like architecture, HVAC engineering, solar facades, PV-T etc. (Start and preliminary discussion for the Tuesday workshop on Monday, 15 Sep., 17:00)
For this definition of potential future SHC Tasks, we kindly invite you to discuss possible projects and subtasks with regard to one or both of the two topics.
For all participants that are only interested in the second topic, we plan a summary of the results of day one and a discussion of the to dos for Tuesday on Monday evening, 17:00 (see agenda).
In order to help us with the preparation, please register as soon as possible for one of the two or both workshops by indicating your area of interest AND potential Subtasks/work packages.
Please also feel free to forward this invitation to everyone who you could imagine as partner, able and willing to contribute.
